A bit late to the thread, but anyway
- I bought a Panasonic, DMC-FT10 about 6 months ago...
14 megapixels, its one of those waterproof/shockproof ones, so the zoom+flash aren't amazing; really only outdoor, good light kinda camera deal - but the thing that has blown me away is the video - full HD, looks even better than the video from our Nikon (DSLR) D90!!
Got it in HK for around 300AUD, with a memory card & some other junk (i think... if you're interested I'll dig up the reciept)
