After selling and using high end tents for years I thought of these things as rubbish. Then decided to have a good look at one on special ($99 from $130). They're actually not bad. Goes up almost instantly, two pegs and if guyed out (four pegs) pretty good in a wind. We use it on longer trips when just stopping overnight on route. Had it in the Grampians last weekend, blew a gale for half the night and rained consistently. Still warm and dry in the morning. Once you have the knack folding is a 1 minute job. They are large diameter but pretty slim. Cheers, Mark
