FWIW, I have a CAMP StarTECH; the thick inner dome won't stay in place on hot days; I risk losing it, and by the time I get it out at home, it has cooled and glued in fairly solidly once more. Very comfortable otherwise. While canyoning last week, I put the helmet down on the ground to put my wetsuit on; the dome fell off and a 10cm lizard took shelter underneath - and got caught up in the tacky glue and died. Not kidding. Wondering about how seriously JohnK was taken by being on Cook with a bicycle helmet a few years back.
