I run a 46/47 ish in street shoes. My feet are broad and square. I have (after some trial and error) found good performance and fit from katanas and TC Pros. They take a little breaking in but in the end the la sportiva leather gives and my foot doesn't have to. I take both in a 44.
The more aggressive last in the muiras breaks my feet.
I have tried are 5.10 anasasis and they break my feet.
Same with the evolve shoes i have tried.
Buy them in the US try them. If they don't fit, flog them here on chockstone and try another.
