Havent read everyone elses systems, but heres what i use (for big wall stuff, hauling more than say 40kg):

60m 9mm static/super static as dedicated haul-line. 60m allows linking of pitches when hauling. (about $110 from US)
15-20m 6/7mm lower out line. Im not a fan of the alpine butterfly method. Dedicated lowerout line is what the bags hang on at belay, backed up by a daisy. No faffing moving knots, works the same everytime and is quicker/easier IMO.
Leadline, well thats up to you! Dont believe people that say you need a fatter rope for aiding, why? How is the rope system any different??

But everyones system will have small differences, just get out and about and you'll work it out!! Do remember though, the munter/munter mule is a wall climbers best friend!!
