food dehydrator which one? |

I dehydrate full meals all the time & they are great, much better than the chemical-filled commercial versions. Meat always seems a bit crunchy when re-hydrated so I usually just do vege curry or pasta sauce. When you cook it just make sure everything is chopped the same size so it drys evenly.
I have a cheap dehydrator (sounds much like superstu's) & each tray is enough for 2 people (or 1 with less cous cous). The trays are mesh-racks but have a solid insert to use to dry sauces etc. |
