Hi all,
Just after everyones input on falling on a rope in the gym. I have a long term goal of getting used to falling so I can push myself on the harder climbs, to get used to falling I'm thinking of taking multiple large falls in the gym (ie.. not clipping the top clip of a lead then dropping in order to be lowered down, probably around 6 - 8 meter falls with the 'loaded' clip about 15 meters high).
My question relates to the rope, how bad is this for the rope? Is there any tips or hints anyone can offer on this?
