Viagra, sounds dodgy, the sort of thing you don't need is for your heart to have to beat harder at altitude, when your resting heart rate can be as high as 90bpm. Viagra dilates your blood vessels (thus the hard on) therefore reducing the pumping ability of the heart, thus the heart pumps faster and harder to compensate.You are already compensating at altitude. There are continuing theories on altitude sickness and any doctor in the know will tell you that it is a science this is forever evolving and on the most part still in its infancy. My advice, stay away from Viagra, Diamox is proven, and in the most part relatively safe and symptom free, however no drug is fool proof so play it safe..
