Nah will, Im outright embarresed to say what it was on :)

Three moves to glory is a V4 isnt it? I dont have the strength to be able to lock off my arms with my body horizontal on that one.

EDIT: Urmm turns out I do. Woohoo. I did it gently though, promise - 6/3/11

Anyway it was the easy V3 (or is it a V2?) at Brain Death on Dec Crag. And like I said, it doesnt need to be a dyno, I just kept falling off when stepping up slowly and I didnt have a crashpad so in my infinite wisdom, I dyno'd. It worked actually because I sent it without a problem and the injury came when I tried to change my technique.. Anyway, we can all agree that I am a dumbass.

#3 learn some technique <-- that works. I contacted Julian and am going to set up a skype chat to go through some stuff with him hopefully if we can find a proper time.

The osteo would be great, but for me to get to Melbourne is a reasonably big deal, let alone the eastern suburbs.

Im just about to switch off the computer to start a 4 hour drive back to melbourne for work. Dont have time for it this time around.

Thanks for the suggestion, Ill see what Julian says and hopefully it wont be needed. I bloody hope not.

What did you do to your shoulder? Its not from that big helmet smashing whipper you took back in December was it?
