was this on three moves to glory perchance?the dyno definately not needed on that one gav.have you tried hanging slopers with it? cos they make my wrist click and feel well odd.solution 1- don't do problems with those sort of moves/holds. solution 2- a trendy looking tape braclet (this actually works pretty good, but most will say is a Bad Idea) solution 3- learn some technique. solution 4- see an osteo. julian has an associate by the name of Dr Michael Kostidis who's based at eastern suburbs osteo clinic in melboure. he's currently sorting my shoulders out and is a lovely fella.
and for wendy- the mono on debutants can just be used as a sneaky little pull in and balance type hold, though i fell off trying to use in dynamically several times before realising this.i refer myself back to solution 3.
