Not Mallet finger but........ |

I don't have mallet finger but a lump on my first knuck (closest to finger nail)
It appears to be a fluid bag (bursa), it ocassionally bursts, but some swelling remains in/on the joint after in pops. The lump quickly returns though.I've tried Voltaren pills and cream. I was going to go to a sports Doctor (Olympic Park - Melbourne) but the $170 gap (post Medicare) has scared me off. I'm seeing a G.P instead.
This injury has become a major impediment on my climbing
Any thoughts or suggestions out there. |
