Hi guys I was wanting to know if anyone had some advice or a recommendation of someone to see for a pulley injury.

Whilst bouldering in the grampians i injured my middle finger right at the bottom where it connects to the hand. It wasn't painful immediately, it just started getting stiff whilst I was climbing. However the next day it was very painful to crimp with and also if I squeeze it. I'm no expert but I'm pretty certain that its a pulley injury.

So that happened about two months ago. I have mainly been resting it and have climbed bugger all. The trouble is it doesn't seem to be improving. In fact simply daily activities seem to aggrevate it and make it worse, like carrying shopping bags!

So I'm thinking now that rest is not the complete answer and should maybe be doing restrengthening exercises and taping. But does that mean I should tape it all the time?

Any advice would be appreciated
