Bumbly near miss on Muldoon |

Just back from rescuing a group of bumblies from Muldoon, the second was at a belay with no anchor and the leader 'run out of steam' above the crux on pitch 2. Set up an abseil line for them and they got down, then left before we were down the bottom. Not even a thank you! So currently 2 joker 9.1s brand new & half a rack on muldoon!!

I suppose missing out on a thank you is worth it for booty haha ;-) However, thats f*#ked! How does one actually end up in that situation..? Really.. Can anyone be so dumb as to wind up there...? Apparently..

Maybe if you put a note up you've got their gear it'd leave you mind at ease that you've done the right thing by them.
By their exit from the climb it is quite likely that they'll never climb again.
