I second silver on this one. Although most post-surgery reports here are quite positive, my own experience from recovering from a (medial) meniscus arthroscopy is not as rosy.
The freedom of movement never fully returned and less than two years on I experienced further tearing adjacent to the repaired part, despite a hectic cycling regime.
Don't think that surgery will grow you a brand new leg (or at least knee). |
