Keeping fit is good for your BP. Getting stressed probably only has a transient effect on your BP. I take a low dose beta blocker for BP. It doesn't seem to be a problem for climbing. Occasionally doing yoga, I will get a bit dizzy if I stand up too quickly. That's about it.
