I googled this, and there is a band by the name. Nothing online to guide me through this climbing injury however.

Anyone got advice?

The middle knuckles on both my hands are pretty swollen, to the point that my fingers have twisted ever so slightly. The bones feel knobbly, and the region on my fingers is pretty white from the inflammation.
This originally happened gym climbing and bouldering a few months go, settled down with rest, and now, a week into a Thailand climbing trip has flared up again. I have two climbing days left, and want to spend them climbing! I will see a physio/osteo when I get home, but for the moment, does anyone have any knowledge of this sort of injury, and/or any ideas to try which will see me through the last couple of days of this trip?

Any tips appreciated.
