I spent several months climbing in Thailand. When I arrived I hadn't been climbing for very long and the super-pumpy overhanging routes were killing me. On repeat occasions I would wake up in the night because of the intense aching in my biceps. I started taking two tabs of vitamin I* before bed, and the problem was solved. Never mind all that yoga/protein/jogging crap, just take some drugs. (*Ibuprofen)
