Yep osis not itos. Don't just blame climbing, I bet you spend a lot of time using a computer mouse. If you're right handed, swap your desk over to use the mouse with your left hand. A friend who doesn't climb but is a project manager went to an Occ Therapist and was put into a half cast for 8 weeks then off to physio. I went to a local acupuncture shop twice a week and inside 6 weeks I was back climbing. Still not 100% but no trouble either way. If it plays up now I go back or use a heat pack. It's pretty much good. Do another search, this comes up frequently. Ralph
