so i started to develop some pain in the back of my knee after squamish, the home of heel hooks, in my right knee. i did a bit of quick research, maybe PCL strain? anyone else had this? i don't think it serious, well not enough to make me stop climbing. i bought a knee compression bandage thing today. i might have to stay away from problems with hard right heel hooks though.....
