One reason for not reclipping top ropes into the draws is cos it's bloody annoying unlcipping them if you're leading. This is one major gripe i have with cliffhanger, besides the general lack of lead routes, the major ame wall requires you to unclip then clip.. f--- it sucks..Then you have to reclip on the way down again.. Nothing worse then pumping out trying to unclip a #$% top rope..

As for ppl falling off the articulated wall low down.. I've seen many ppl fall off and know one has ever been hurt.. they dont really swing that far. And once they get above the first draw they clear the heads.
