ha ha!!! I was slab climbing no-handed last night after pulling too hard on my wrist again bouldering in the gym

It's a VERY tough proposition!!!! If you do it on the lower grade climbs the holds actually get in your way and push you off the wall - if you do it on the harder graded climbs the holds are too far apart ... lots and lots and lots of falling but I think it was pretty damn fun and good for my foot placement and balance :)

once again, thanks for the info everyone - I'm happy to finally have some grasp on what happened to cause this beast of burden, now comes the day of reckoning - after araps this weekend comes a scary trip to the docs, I've been told I may not be able to use it for up to five months if the damage is really that bad, I'm heart-broken :'(
