i have ganglia in both wrists from work. It has taken alot to get my strength back. There are exercises you can do to reduce the size of them, but it is VERY slow. I also wear a splint to reduce the repetive movement over the ligament. Bascially, you're F#$@d, because you will have to reduce the repetive action that caused it, ie climbing!
Don't hit it with a bible/book, I've been told that this is not good.........(Plus I am too scared too!).
