Sorry, I know this is a Vic website but some Sydney people surf here too, does anyone have a contact number or recommendations?. I did a quick search, but nowt came up.

I've had (have) a 'strained' p1(?) on my right ring finger, from bouldering. I've had it for a while now. It seemed like a usual tweak that you occassionally encounter so I stopped all climbing an training for 2+ months.

It's not getting better. I've recommenced strength training simply because i'm sick of doing nothing (at my age you loose condition pretty quick) and the gym is a more controlled environment than climbing or bouldering. I use a hand wrap for my right hand now when doing heavy deadlifts so I don't load the finger and cause too much pain but this is not the solution I wanted as I hate 'aid lifting'. Day to day things hurt it too (opening doors etc).
I'm a bit Pi55ed off, as I was just building up some momentum getting back into the climbing and had bought a new rope etc... and yes I was purposely easing myself back into it slowly so my hands etc would keep up. This is why i'm frustrated with the injury.

As stated earlier, any recommendations for help in the Sydney area? Thanks heaps.
