It’s subtle because the improvement isn’t really noticeable till looking back with hindsight.
The walking is certainly coming easier and the physio is restoring my upper body muscle tone, so I’m looking forward to getting back on rock again sooner rather than later.
I reckon I’ll be in the category of being a knowledgeable bumbly by my normal climbing standards for quite a while!
