I think I came awfully close to pulling a muscle(s) in my right forearm recently whilst cranking hard at Araps, and it has continued to ache and bother me whilst climbing and for hours after. I had to take several months off climbing several years ago with a similar injury in my Left arm and most certainly don't want to go down THAT road again. I've considered using an elastic bandage, but don't have much knowledge about the pros and cons of these. I massage my arm regularly, using Metsal or some similar creme would probably help...? I suppose I should really seek out a sports physio up here (Brisbane) and pay the fee, but money is short so I'm asking here. How about those devices that wrap around your fingers and back over the shoulder/elbow?
