Hey there Edgar, Great to hear that your back climbing again, I can speak from personal experience with coming back from injury. Sounds like your injury has been somewhat of an eye opener in terms of technique, as it was for me. I found that after I broke my clavicle I was actually climbing better because I made sure I was using my feet a lot better. Hope that your soon back pulling the hard moves with confidence. I found getting on heaps of moderate routes (for me) helped me to build strength and fitness back without stressing the area to much and also helped with the all important headspace.
