There is always my Gym The Rock for bouldering, but yeah there is a retaining wall in the Haymarket carpark just off Moorabool and Myers street and there is also a group on Facebook of geelong climbers to meet up with too organise trips. But most of them congragate at The Rock( sorry not trying to advertise they just all get in Tuesday nights mostly)

You could give the bluestone bridge a go at Batesford.
Head out the Midland hwy turn right at Hills Rd just as you crest the hill leaving Batesford follow the road until it crosses the train line, instead of crossing however turn right before the line and drive along side of it until you hit the bluestone bridge.
There's a number of big pylons to choose from limited really to how far you are comfortable walking out to them. The access is via a catwalk that seriously has seen better days situated under the main track, last few times Ive been there I keep telling myself I'll use a couple of long cowtails and attach them to the I beem bolts as I walk out to the pillars as the walkway is pretty ordinary haven't done that yet though.
A simple yo-yo arrangement will give you hours of fun, mind you its bluestone and about 85 degrees, not easy (for me anyway), good fun playing around on the arete, also a good place to practice some prussiking and rescue work..
P.s as a disclaimer its probably not totally kosher to climb here, as its railway owned so Id keep a low profile, it is mentoned in the southwest guide book page 244.

85° = under vertical (slab/face)
90° = vertical
95° = evil side of vertical (overhang)
Heh, heh, heh. ;-)
