Hi Rayndeigh,
The WYC is in Sydney, Australia which is on the East Coast of Australia in the state New South
Wales. It will be held at the Charles Moses Stadium (aka wood chopping arena) at Sydney Olympic
Park.

Do you and your team want to be climbing around Sydney (NSW) or are you hanging around for a bit
and want to travel? As some of the others have said, could be getting a bit cold and wet then, but
fingers crossed we'll have great weather and you can get out and about. Definitely hit the Blue
Mountains (about 2hrs North of Sydney) if you can. You can even access it via train so no need to
hire a car.

If you travel, then the Grampians (in the state of Victoria south of NSW) will come highly
reccommended, along with my home-town favourite,
Freycinet on the East Coast of Tasmania (the island state below the mainland - though weather can be
very rough at that time of year).

As for guides, if you head north of NSW to Queensland, then Pinnacle Sports should be able to help
you:

For NSW, especially the Blue Mountains, as has been mentioned ACC will be a good bet, Garth Miller
and Julian Anderson run this company and are good blokes:

If you head South to Tasmania then PM me and i'll give you phone numbers of people to call.

I'll be at the WYC and am helping organise it so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to
contact me and i'll endeavour to get the answers for you.

Cheers,
Chris.
