One of our housemates is lucky enough to be heading over to Canada for a year (James you bastard) so we're looking for a new housemate.

The room is a good size and will be available mid-late October
Rent is $315/month plus bills
Unlimited broadband internet access
Just off Victoria St, and only a short ride to Lactic/ Burnley
Other housemates are 3 girls and 1 guy, all climbers. Currently have 8 bikes in the hallway plus 4 unicycles :)

possibly interested, I am coming home from relief aid work in pakistan but i may be heading out to afghanistan. give me a couple of weeks. i come home on sunday and i got work my stuff out.
