I've been their twice, but no further than 'Playing Fields'.

Departure from Melbourne: 18 Dec, Wed, 23-45pm arr Christchurch 5-05am.

Return flight to Melbourne: 25 Dec Wed, 6am flight.

Jetstar return flight: $630- incl check in luggage and GST;

• 19 Dec, Thur: bus to Mt Cook Village, camp at Whitehorse camp site;

• 20 Dec, Fr: Trecking to "Shingle Fan", and if enough time set a camp at "Playing Field";

• 21 Dec, Sat: depending on weather climb near by peaks;

• 22 Dec, Sun: Ball Pass and return to "Shingle Fan";

• 23 Dec, Mon: Return to Whitehorse camp site;

• 24 Dec, Tue: Back to Christchurch (night in the airport);

• 25 Dec, Wed: Back to Melbourne (6am flight);
