There is some good bluestone bouldering just behind ballarat station. I can't track down my instructions how to get there but looking at Vic Roads 255 N 11 it should be on the corner of Ebden St and Scott Pde. The Bluestone runs allong a drainage line (Yarrowee River ?) You access it via a ladder on the North West Wall. Two main boulder problems exist south of the road bridge (which you walk under). The SW wall is about 21/22 equivalent and the SE wall about 20/21. The wall NE of the road has an 'endless' problem. It's pretty easy (probably 15/16 equivalent) but it keeps going for 100m+.
