Hi Im Lou, 26, from Scotland, I'm looking for a lift/climbing partner for arapiles heading up for the easter weekend or a few days before. Happy obviously to share petrol costs. I can't wait visit the climbing area - Ive been told its on par with yosemite in the states!!!!
Today was the first time in a while I've climbed trad, no idea what grade I'm climbing but sports I was leading today 20s+.
I will be leaving from Melbourne.

Every Victorian climber and half their dogs will be at Araps over Easter so you may have to wait for any popular or well known one of the classic climbs, especially below 20 so it may not quite be the experience that it normally is.
I'd heading up with another friend however given that we'll be there for the five days we'll have a fair bit of stuff and I wouldn't want to be a third person in that car. But there's plenty of people going so you shouldn't find getting a lift too hard.
PS I'm kidding about the dogs part

Arapiles is much shorter than Yosemite.
The crowds at Arapiles at easter, although viewed as horrendous by Australian standards, are still lightweight by comparison to Yosemite during it's peak periods.
The rock quality at Arapiles is excellent.
