Hi guys, just moved from Singapore to Melbourne a month ago. I was wondering if I can get to know any climbers around here. While waiting for my climbing harness and shoes to be shipped over together with my other stuff, I would be glad to be your belayer at a local climbing site or something and get to know the climbing scene here at the same time. Cheers

yeah sure let me know I may be able to go climbing at some point if it's not too cold/wet/windy/sunny or cloudy.
Seriously though with a cool name like biker mouse should be good let me know.
Do you know Ying she's from Singapore? x

Indeed it is cold/wet/sunny/windy...a mixture of all...not sure if it is a good season for the outdoor crags here. I'm used to the hot n humid weather back in Singapore so I'm still trying to get used to the weather here. By the way, who's Ying, a climber here too?

You're from the UK Sarah. Do you know Paul Smith?
Welcome bikermice. You will get used to the weather eventually. Fortunately humidity is one thing we see little of!

Looking to visit boltland next August/September - staying in the French Alps around Grenoble. But for climbing of a different type... ;-)
