Nice report Neil... I'd agree with you about the topout... pretty dodgy and the track from the top detracts a little bit from the quality of the route.
For me the 1st pitch felt more like 24, but cruxy (and weird slabness, a bit like the Dogs, Cats, and Apples wall at Porters). The second felt right at 22, and I think the third is about the same grade, but very good quality rock and climbing.
The last two pitches had cool rooves at the start, but then very easy climbing for the rest (grade 12?).

Not really 5 stars for me, I'd choose some of the other routes at Perry's over this one (eg DWD or Beggars Banquet), but still a good day climbing. Plus, we got it all done in about 4 1/2 hours, went home for a beer, then down to Shipley for a few more pitches in the arvo!
