...and there is also a lots more to be done in Tassie. I was surprise not to know most of the places Evan's mentioning as I spent 10 days there in January. We (the usual suspects) camped at Fortescue Bay, did the Moai (a fabulous day trip), crimped on dolerite at Mount Brown, checked out the Totem Pole at Cape Huay, looked down onto Hobart from Mount Wellington`s Organ Pipes, followed the pink granite strip of Apline at Freycinet`s White Water Wall and tried our luck at Mount Amos near Coles Bay.
Great place to climb and January is not cold at all. At least for a Canadian :-)
