Well done on the run Dalai, an ultra seems difficult to comprehend let alone do!!! I think where you run makes a huge difference to the enjoyment factor. Down our way it is a pleasure to run along the surfcoast walk, ace scenery and soft underfoot. Also did a run from Salt Water creek in Eden along the coast there...sooo good. If i lived in Nati i dont think i would run. One morning ran from araps to Nati and nearly back but for the 30 - 35 degrees by ten in the morning, dead flat and dead straight, very very boring.
