Not skiing Alex, we were boarding. ;-) Friday afternoon (I think it was) saw a couple of people ice climbing on the south-west just around from the summit run. On a chair we met Nick Reeves, lift manager at Buller who said that 3-8AM was probably the best time to climb there, and he likes to solo the West face. Eeee.. crazy man.
