about 7 years ago on our "grand tour" we went went into lenard gorge and ended up swimming in the top pools before the real gorge . just before we crossed a little dry creek and up the very rocky track up to the top where went down to the top pools there was a car parked by the creek which looked like the way into the bottom of the gorge . there was some climbing gear in the car but dont know whether they we climbing or descending the gorge we didn't hear or see any body though . cant agree more than place was spectacular and would have been superb climbing or canyoning . the kimberly could never get climbed out as everywhereyou look there a fantastic cliffs and lines though you may upset he locals climbing in some places .particularly if rock art is in the vicinity.Unfortunately only with the family so didn't climb there
