The E/W is on the first Bakery Wall page (sorry bad photocoping has hidden the page numer) p6? Line 11. 'easiest way is to head (E) from the fire-' There is a large N-E-S-W block next to the fire- and the map and stump (assuming one exists) are W.

Another description may be 'walk to the end of the slab (W) and through short clearing, follow trail (W) to base of Bakery Wall' This relies on finding the 'trail' which is fairly obvious, but not to the inexperienced bushwalker I guess (no well beaten national park trails here).

I would personally say walk W until you reach a faint trail, then follow it until it goes down to the base of obvious slab wall, but this leaves open the opporuntity for people to walk 'down' the cliff-face following a vague animal track.

It is cool to see some interest out there in keeping guides up to date.

Dan
