I agree, Mike, this route has perfected the art of looking deceptively good in almost every photo I took. I reckon it's kind of like an Angler Fish... "ooooh, pretty"... CHOMP! Maybe that's how Tientel feeds... Not just on the flesh and bones of the climbers it consumes, but upon their surprise and fear... I suspect that when the FFA was done after the bushfires, it might have been a bit cleaner, but as it is now it's overgrown, dirty and loose. It's also worth pointing out that we did it after a very prolonged spell of dry weather... with so much vegetation, I can only imagine how torturous it would be after the recent rains. - Paul
