Neil,

If you ever go back (or if anyone else's interested), you should take Pete's advice and do Crackenup (only 3 bolts in it's 30m, so it's mostly gear) and Corrosion Castle which is easily done as trad, even though it's mostly carrots. It's not nearly chossy as it looks or as the name suggets.
666 is apparently good too, but you'll need some big cams.

There's also good sport climbing. When your shoulders up to it I highly recommend Son of a Gun, which is 26 in the guide but realistically a soft 25, and you'd probably get a giggle out of the mantle on the 24 just right of it, Lethal Weapon. And at the far end (White Roofs) is a cool 25 called Power and Glory.
