I repeated Ivory Tower recently and felt that, after my dismal effort leading the top pitch, that it WAS a climb more suited to 'short' people, even if there's quite reachy move of the first pitch.
Another shrty sandbag (sorry, I know you're after recomendations) may be the recently retro'd Public Pressure at Mt York (left of Mezzaluna) I still reckon it's 17, but conceed it may well be 19 for persons of restricted reach.. My main issue is that I've got some technique, a good reach but very little strength (which may explain why I like slabs)
Likewise a number of the York Wall routes may be considered reachy.
Anyway, cracks may be the go, but even then they may be hand size dependant. Try Yorkshire Crack (Eternity p1) at Piddo and Psycopath and then argue about their relative difficulty.
