Question re 2 routes at Hartley Vale Road;

On the internet guide i have of the crag, it shows a "project" to the right of "Michael Bolt-on" up an arete. I was at crag yesterday and this route appears to have been done, no "tag" on it and looks like it was done a while ago. Anyone know what grade this is and name of route please ?

Also around the corner from here and to the right of "Alpaca Corner" there is another "tagged" project starting up a thin awesome looking seem. Is the person who bolted this actively trying it ? Is it considered an "open project" ? Any idea on possible grade (looks around 27 i guess maybe harder). Any info appreciated.
