Hi M8,

I'm afraid I'm not a good blow by blow TR writer, but in a nutshell it was a bloody enjoyable weekend. We bludged on the driving and spent the better part of Friday and Monday getting there/back and had two solid days up at Balor, which I managed to book. Since a couple of Hard People pulled out at the last minute to go to the Wolgan, so we bludged our way up some easy climbs and they were just fantastic. The highlight was definitely Cornerstone Rib: fantastic line, good pro, good rock, and simply awesome climbing up the arete pitch. Then back to a campfire and some gourmet food, glass of wine...I could have stayed for another week. Or two. It was very hard going back to work on Tuesday.
