bit more info:
1) sports route with a plate or two
2) one rope (60 i guess)
3) walk to base round from porters pass (to L facing in, few hundred metres from actual pass, past all the slabby routes. you'll see the aretes from the path, the arete bit'll look heaps smaller than the photo on the rock cover. need to head up the slope to the base of the route.
4) rap-in would be difficult finding the top
5) belays fine, 15 draws, few plates, no natural
6) crux is pulling on the arete i thought, need to keep it together after that.

heaps of warm up slabs and vert routes on the walk in but first pitch a good intro.
arete route to the right (not second pitch variant) is an easyish single pitch, to fill the morning. gets arvo sun.
