- The Rock Warrior's Way (Arno Ilgner)
Thanks.

Get a copy of Power by Dr Fredrick Hatfeild. I don,t
know the authors but Soviet Strength and Speed training is also a good resource (pictured back cover of an old nowra guide).

Also dale and udos book is dated beyond belief. What they wrote then and what they both would know now are light years apart, good reading, worthy efforts but read in perspective.

Thanks WWS,
I'll chase up the first reference. I agree with you about Dale and Udo's old book being dated and should be read for perspective rather than to implement the training methods.
Anyone have a copy I can borrow?

Thanks for the kind offer Andrew I have been thinking of visiting the Gramps recently. I'll PM if I'm that way and still need the books.

I think 'one move too many' , a book by Volker Schofle and some seppo , is a good resource to accompany training material. I wish I had a copy before I busted my shoulders and fingers. Not thatci actually train....but when I do....I sure do it the wrong way.

Thanks E.Wells. I've seen this book. That degloved finger image - Ew!
I should check it out again, I can't recall if it had some good explanation of anatomy. Could be useful as background for this research.
Cheers.
