Wow, I didn't realise how much of a storm this would create. I admit that I have not checked the RRP for a while - and the rope has been sitting in the cupboard for some time now. When I did buy it (in 2011), the RRP was really steep because of the bi-colour and dricore. but admittedly, I did buy it for $350 straight from Outdoor agencies because they were my client at the time. As for the climbing in the area, I do have a few friends who have their own ropes, so if I do explore some of the outdoor areas around, I'll probably go with them. After looking at the ODA catalogue - with the $299 RRP, I'm happy to settle for $120 plus shipping... Macciza, still interested?
