Well some of that is true and some isn't!

A climbing gym is "always" on the market, ask any gym owner! As for Cliffhanger being on the market, it has seriously been for sale for this last year and discussions are underway with interested parties. Of course a consortium of interested climbers could also discuss the idea!

Not sure how shaggy knows how much our rent is!! But it's not actually expensive given the nature of the property and the requirements a climbing gym has on the structural nature of a building! and it comes with over 500 free parking spaces!

Given our walls are regularly tested to EN standards, 11 year old climbing walls, engineered to EN, built well and maintained well, are actually worth something - in particular the EP 'Imprint' Wall, EP 'Hex Tile' Wall and AME Panel walls, all of which are reconfigurable and relocatable.
