Hey all,

My gear clean out continues, and I've got a few more bits and pieces that are going under the hammer.

Beal 60cm Dyneema Slings $6 each + postage
A couple of years ago I bought a bunch of 10 brand new Beal 6mm (yep, 6mm), 60cm dyneema slings, planning to use them when my current Petzls wear out. I reckon that will be a few years yet, so I figure I may as well send them on their way.
Brand new, with tags attached. Always stored out of the sun.

Merrell Hiking shoes $20 + postage
I have no idea of the model, they do not have a goretex lining. They are size US 12, UK 11.5, Euro 46.5.
They have had only a little use, there is plenty of tread left in them. Good condition all round.

Meindl Burma Pro MFS Hiking Boot $40 + postage
Purchased these in 2007 in Scotland. They had a month of solid use in Scotland, then a month solid in Tasmania. They have since been replaced with a different pair that fit my feet better. They are of average width, nice and study, and their waterproofing meant I was always the last one with dry feet during the Arthurs and the Overland Track. They do show some signs of wear. Size is Euro 45 (UK10).
They are (amazingly) for sale for $499.95 in Australia (ha!). I paid 140pounds in Scotland (about $350 at the time)

Kathmandu Lizard Lounge $10 + postage
Purchased many years ago. A durable nylon sleeve that slides over any 51cm wide mattress (ie standard size Thermarests and their imitations) and turns your bed into a practical hiking chair. The back support at the end of a day of hiking easily justifies it's weight, in my opinion.
Comes with a stuff sac for it. It has a couple of small burn holes in it, but functionally it is in perfect working order.

Black Diamond Winter Bivvy $50 + postage (previously $75)
A ultralight weight water resistant bivvy. Great for keeping dew, frost and snow off your sleeping bag. Not ideal for rain. It's super light weight and very small (the size of a fist). It's been used for two nights only.

Tatonka Vento 30 Daypack $20 + postage
I bought this back in 2001 for a trek in Nepal. I didn't use it much after that. It's got plenty of life in it, and looks to be in top nick. The level of bend in the frame is adjustable, so you can change between bigger capacity or more ventilation. It's got padded waist straps, trekking pole attachment etc.
