The iconic Nati Cafe is for sale. Simey and I set it up nearly 2 years ago and it's proved to be a very viable and enjoyable business. But the time has come to pass it on to someone who will hopefully take it to the next level.
The cafe can provide a reasonable living despite only being open for 3 days a week. There is considerable scope for developing the business - opening for another 2 days a week could make a big difference, or opening on Saturday evenings (the cafe is licensed). But maintaining the current opening times means the owners have time for other things (like climbing for example!). The cafe is offered freehold, with one-bedroomed living accommodation and a large block with a veggie garden.
We are very keen to pass the cafe on to someone who will carry it on in a similar vein so that climbers, locals and passing travellers can continue to enjoy it.
For more information please call me on 0424 036794, or the cafe 03 53871465.
(You can find the Natimuk Cafe on Facebook.)
